There's no ban here on regionalisms. People should use what they are happy with and what works. We get a lot of questions from learners who are genuinely trying to come to grips with the stuff they hear in songs, films, conversations, etc, and I don't know the answer to some of the questions about AE regionalisms. Yes, what I like about this forum is the name. If it were called UsingStandard English.com, I wouldn't spend so much time here. some folks do seem to think that is the name though.
