hi.. everyone..!!
in my opinion 'until it rains' means that
1. from before-the-rain to a starting point of the rain.(=until it start raining)
2. throughout the rain.
3. from before-the-rain to a finishing point of the rain. (=until it stop raining)

most of people(including me) said that 'until it rains' can be used as conception of 1. I also agree with their opinions but I think that 'until it rains' can be used as 2-3 abnormally(exceptionally) in a lot of contexts or situations.
is it possible?

could you help me to know conceptions of 'until it rains'..

I cannot think of a context where 'until it rains' would imply that the time period continued through the rain or to the end of the rain. We would do that by changing the tense (until it's rained) or using a phrase like 'until the end of the rain' or 'until the rain has passed', though these two would imply that the rain has already started. What abnormal context did you have in mind?
