1- correct, true, right
2- incorrect, untrue, false, wrong

can you tell me the differences?

1- Correct & right are pretty much the same. True is used in True/false type questions. Right can also be used for legal and moral questions.
2- Incorrect and wrong are pretty much the same. Untrue is different- it wouldn't be used for questions, but for when facts are being dealt with, and can move into the area of lying.

What they said turned out to be untrue = this doesn't mean they were lying, but later the truth came out.
