Default Is the last sentence correct in its expression? Thanks T_T

Mid-Autumn Festival is a festival that the Chinese celebrate. Behind it is a beautiful legend. ( Is this sentence making sense? ) Thanks very much! T_T

That's not bad, but you should revise it a little. For one thing, you need the definite article in the first sentence, thus:

  • The Mid-Autumn Festival is a festival that the Chinese celebrate. Behind it is a beautiful legend.


To make it more idiomatic you might want to change it a bit more, thus:

  • The Mid-Autumn Festival is a festival that the Chinese celebrate. Behind it is a beautiful story. It is the legend of....


Or perhaps:

  • The Mid-Autumn Festival is a festival that the Chinese celebrate. Behind it is a legend that has enchanted Chinese people for centuries.


Or:

  • The Mid-Autumn Festival is a festival that the Chinese celebrate. Behind it is a story that has enchanted Chinese people for centuries.


I prefer story to legend. It (story) is the more generic word. However, legend is okay there, I am quite sure.
