I'd put 'neverteless' after 'your acounts'.![]()
I have not seen this construct used since 1983. It used to be an old favourite in bank managers' letters.
"Notwithstanding the fact that your employer has approved your 1% pay increase, neverthless your accounts remain in serious overdraft ... etc."
I sometimes use it, but it has become a very rarely used structure now. Is there anyone else here who knows it, or uses it?
