About reducing relative clause.
Hi!
My grandmother, who is old and sick, never goes out of the house.
1- My grandmother, old and sick, never goes out of the house.
2- My grandmother, being old and sick, never goes out of the house.
Which is correct, please?

Both are OK. The second reads better to me.
