Welcome. I"m not sure what the name is supposed to mean. It sounds like what a fisherman brings back.
Hello,
I am new here and am hoping to learn a lot with the people here, so without farther talk my friends and me are going to create a new association and one of the members suggested the name "Casted Yield" for it.
He explained the name but I am not quite sure about his explanation, so here I am asking for the experts' opinions.
Thank you in advance.
Ps: I am not a native speaker (obviousily) and English is my third language.

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
I cannot imagine what the aims and objectives of an association called Casted Yield might be.
It would certainly baffle non-members.

Thank you, I can see what you mean but I am more concerned with thecorrectivenesscorrectness of the name.
If the meaning is as he said, as a suggestion it's acceptable for us.
Grammatically it could be okay but so is "colorless green ideas sleep aimlessly."
The meaning is not as he describes. We cast fishing lines and we cast things by pouring liquid that hardens into a mold. The "yield" is the result of something so that part might be okay, but not "casted." You will baffle others.

I've no idea what it's supposed to mean, and I don't understand the 'explanation' in post #3. The words don't have anything like the meanings given.
