prevent from or just prevent
Hello
Is it right to say "take measures to prevent risks"?
or
"take measures to prevent from risks"?
or maybe none is right and it's better to say
"take measures to avoid risks"?
I'm used to see "prevent SB from STH" but my phrase doesn't say who is prevented...
