Which OS are you using?
Hi,
I bought this dictionary but i`m having problems getting the CD to work.I installed it,but whenever i click on the desktop icon the following message appears:"NT users should logon with Administrator rights and run this application again." Has anyone encountered the same problem?
Which OS are you using?
Windows XP Professional Service Pack2
I use the same and I haven't had any trouble, though my ancient OED has stopped working altogether.

An update of your OED is possible at a lower price. You need to contact them and show your ancient OED.

My problem was: LDOCE 4 doesn't work with Kaspersky Anti-virus installed.
Fortunatelly, I've found the ansver form my problem:
LDOCE 4 doesn't work with Kaspersky Anti-virus installed Download this file: ldoce4.zip
Open the folder where the LDOCE CD-ROM is installed i.e.
c:\program files\longman\ldoce4v2\
Rename your original 'LDOCE.exe' to 'LDOCE4_old.exe'
Extract/unzip the ldoce4.zip file and copy the new 'LDOCE4.exe' into: c:\program files\longman\ldoce4v2\
LDOCE should now work OK.
