something stuck in my bathtub ...the water just stay in the tub and didnt go down.... I was gonna to call someone to fix it but I couldnt explain it well

should I say " the drainer stuck " or "the drainer is broken"...
also, I 'm not sure which word to use, drainer or downcomer or something else??

I'd say that the pipe is 'blocked'.

You could just say "the water won't drain from my bathtub." Other suggestions (in addition to tdol's):
The drain is plugged up
The drain is stopped up
The drain is clogged
