help with a phrase
Hi everyone!
May I ask you for some help?
How can we name an example which is so demonstrative that deserves to be included in the text-books as a clear example of something?

Re: help with a phrase
If it were that demonstrative, would it still be an example?

Re: help with a phrase
In the US, if an obvious example of something pops up, we call it a "text book case." For example, when certain clues from crimes are compiled, they might be described as a "text book case of a serial killer."
