Default Any other ways of replying to requests? thanks, teachers!

When making a request such as:

Could you give me a cake, please? Certainly or Sure

Is "Certainly" or "Sure" the only answer to the question above or there are other flexible ways of answering requests.

Whereas, making a request using "May I...? An appropriate way of answering it would be "Yes, of course."

Would there be other ways of answering Q beginning with " May I..?

What about "Do you mind....? "Not at all" would certainly be the right way of answering it or I am sorry I cannot. Any other ways of answering it too?

Thanks for advising, my dearest teachers! :"(
