speech fluency

Hello to everybody, I'm a new comer and it’s the first time I get to use any forum at all.
English is my third language, I speak Russian and Hebrew and I can really use some advice about how to improve my speech fluency in English.

How much do you use English in everyday life?

I use English everyday and I almost speak all the time with Americans.
English is the second language for me and my native language is Arabic..

Hi Guys, thank you for your quick replies and good advices.

I read books in English and listen to audio books in my Mp3. But I think that there is no better way than to be surrounded by native speakers. By making conversation with a native speaker one can improve his fluency and his self confidence in using the language right.
