Default In or on with these words

It is very confising to use In and On with the following words

The recording on the case of day, month, year of birth of the female spouse in/on the house registration and identification card are not matching with the birth certificate.

Thank you.

I'm not sure what your question is, but recording of is a common phrase. Also, "female spouse of the house" is more likely than the choices given. Also, I think you are trying to say "do not match the date on the birth certificate". (You can't use matching with.)

My question is with the use of IN and ON, Ronbee, it is very confusing for me to use both words with a page, a certificate, an identification or any documents in a sentence like:- please see details in (or on?) my certificate/identification/my house registration, etc.

By the way, you mentioned that not matching is not good to use it in this case, could you correct my sentence, please

I actually mean to say that the date of the female party is not identical with her house registration.

Thanking you
Best regards,
Piak

I'd say:
The birth date recorded for the woman on the house registration and identity card do not match the one on the birth certificate. :D

That looks good to me. BTW, are "house registration" and "identity card" in common usage in the UK?

We do have house registration, but we don't have identity cards. It's something that has been rumbling on for years- the EU wants us to, many say it infringes liberties. they are giving asylum seekers a kind of card now as a pilot.

Default identity cards

There has been some talk here about requiring a national identity card. It is not a popular idea. (I don't think it will go anywhere.)
