Question I need help

Hello,

I feel confused between in, at and on, when do we use them with dates?
For example;

I will have an exam in 1/3/2007 ..
and the deadline of the project will be at that date..
Is it correct?

I want to know when do we use in , at , on with the dates ..

another question , when do we use (will be having) instead of will?

thank you in advance..

Calm down Mis-student...

On a day
at a time
in everything else - moth, year, century, etc.

"On Monday" "On the 27th"
"At seven o'clock"
"In 2007" "In September"

'will' is one of several ways of talking about the future, and is used for a future intention. It has no connection with 'be having', unless the future intention is to have (posses) something.

"I will cook dinner"
"I will go to the shop"

hello, your problem is very easy buddy.
why don't you try searching for preposition on google search so you could find the complete and detailed informations there.

On that date - a date is a day.

'Will' is used for spontaneous decision or intention, before any planning.

*telephone -ring! ring!* "I will answer it!' - a spontaneous decision, made in response to the telephone ringing.
