I don't think you need the comma in that sentence, but otherwise i think it's fine. Just don't capitilize "if".

Can I say,
I would buy house if I have money.
I could buy house if I have money.
Could you tell me which one is correct? and what does these mean?
I think it would be:
I would buy (a/the) house if I had money.
I could buy (a/the house if I had money.
I'm not 110% sure, but I am 85% sure.
