Default English for computers

I'm looking for a site about the language of computers. I have a group of students (german speakers) who quite often have to field phonecalls from users in England with computer related problems. I want to do dome role-playing with them using typical computer related problems but haven't been able to find much.
I would be grateful for any help.
Thanks
