well!
I am not good enough to say sth but i am sharing my little experience with you.but i dont know at which level you are?
The thing which you can do and I also did is,
take a newspaper, book(any), magazine or any other thing in which you have interst.first read only one paragaph and then if you have any friend then explain it infront of them.otherwise explain it to your self.
you will gain something.because reading is very nessasary and it helps alot.
hope you will try it.
