I am not very sure about use of some verbs
People is or people are?

Is right to say: I COULD HAVE EATEN vegetables yesterday.

I do not know if i can use verbs in that form, other exaples about this question coul be I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK or there are another form to express the same?

I don't think I understand what you mean by I do not know if i can use verbs in that form. Please reword your sentence.

I SHOULD HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK

This sentence is correct. You could say, 'I was supposed to do my homework, but I did not do it', which means the same. But your sentence is perfectly fine the way it is.

What exactly is your problem?

Iza was correct when she said that "people" has no real singular form. However, the singualr word "person" can be considered the semantic singular of the plural "people". :wink:
