Default Addressing people in email messages

While writing an email message, is "Hi all" correct, or "Hi All" correct as opening words?

I have seen people using "Hi All" in most of the e-mail messages.

But don't use it for people who don't know you - they may well just delete it!

I think "Hi all" is very casual, so I avoid using anonymous people.
Instead of its I always write "Hallo all" for unknown people.

Good by all.

"Hallo all"? sounds very formal. It's better using "Hi all" than "Hallo all", but it doesn't really matter. Both are correct.

Anyway, Ive been to Japan 6 times for holidays. I think Japan is a cool country, and what i like about Japan is the food, theme-parks and as well as the girls. (very cute :p)
