Time. It takes time. :D You know, in Japan, where I live, so many teenagers have cellphones these days; there's such a big problem with students bringing their cells to class; they skymail each other constantly--in class, as the lecture is going on; these are high school students. Recently in the news, this weekend's paper to be exact, there was a story on this very subject. Students were dropping and losing friends left and right. If a friend doesn't respond within 2 minutes to a skymail, the assumption is that the friend is trying to avoid you. This kind of thinking breeds paranoia to such a great extent! In reality though, maybe the friend wasn't able to skymail fast enough because s/he was just too busy at the time.
