    Husband of the past or former husband can I call this person “Ex-husband”? and which one is good to use?

    You can use simply "Ex", or "Ex-husband". Perhaps, slightly more formal is "former husband". Your first suggestion isn't ever used, as far as I'm aware. :)

    I agree. Ex and ex-husband are more colloquial and former would be more formal.
