You have asked about two very different courses in the space of a few minutes. Before you start approaching colleges, you should have a much clearer idea of what you want to study. Also, people generally take a Master's degree as a post-graduate course, after completing a Bachelor's degree. When choosing a college or university, it is about researching; you are going to dedicate some years to their course and you should make sure it meets your requirements and expectations, just as they will expect you to meet theirs.
