So what advantages has anyone found with being bilingual? If you're monolingual what views do you have on learning another language and being bilingual? Do you think that there is a downside to learning a second language and being bilingual?

Could you put that it is only meant for those living in Australia at the top of the first page to save non-residents from working their way through page 1 before seeing that? Thanks

If your not living in Australia, then you don't have to fill in questions 11, 13 & 14. Just specify in question 12 what country are you from?

Its not just for those who live in Australia, I put those questions in cos the tutor asked me to. And I handed a lot of hard copies out to friends and relatives, and the tutor wanted me to have the same questionnaire for everyone so that she only had a copy of one questionnaire not lots of separate ones.

Sorry for the confusion.

I changed the research survey document instead, so you don't confuse about whether this questionnaire is for you or not. I emaild my tutor and she finally agreed to me changing it, so everything is fine. Anyone can do the questionnaire as long as your 15 + yrs old.

Heres a link to the questionnaire instead. Click on it and it will take you to the questionnaire.

Sorry for the inconvenience I've caused, but I just learnt how to do this today.

OK, I have answered your questionnaire, it has been quite easy like this.

Good luck on your research, I will send you some friends to fill it in.
