(not a professional teacher)Neither one is correct. It would be better to use something like this:

What are the ages of your children?
What ages are your children?
How old are your children?

I think the last one is the simplest.

So no ones are correct?
But are their grammars correct?

I think they are not correct, both of them. There are no verbs in the sentences.

What's the age of the boy? 's is an aspect of the verb to be
How old your children are? are is an aspect of the verb to be

I agree with the other posters: both sentences are ungrammatical.
What age of your children?
How age of your children?

What are your children's ages?
How old are your children?

HockeyWong, you're most welcome for the help.

1. There are two sentences. Are they correct and have same meaning?
=> There are two sentences below. Are they correct and do they have the same meaning?

2. So no one is correct?

I have some questions about the sentences above of me again.
1.There are two sentences below.(Why here need to add the word 'below' in it.)
2.Are they correct and do they have the same meaning?(Why need to add the words 'do they' into.)
3.So not one is correct?(Why the word 'not' not chage into 'no'.)
4.Can I write these in this way?(Is this sentence correct?)
