Hello everyone,

I'm a ESL learner and I also want to learn sth beyond the language,looking for a guide about

1)how to deal with Americans in workplace or most occasions
2)the way American think on various things
...

I know people would say try to interact with American more and u'll know. This is what I'm doing. want to learn sth by myself,like a preview,u know what i'm saying. Do u guys have suggestions or what ur experience is?
