I have a question for you... what is the meaning of Eulogy? is it used just for died people and funerals?

I would like to use this name for my e-shop of prestigious gifts, could it be appropriate?

Literally, it means good words, in Greek, but in English, it is associated with funerals, so I'd call it "Epigraphy" if you want a more general meaning.

I found this on Internet http://www.euphorie.fr/. Euphorie is the name of an e-shop of prestigious gifts. You should look at something else for the names are too similar. Moreover, eulogy and epigraphy are both, to some extent, related to death. For the name of your e-shop, I thought of "Munifico Prestigious Gift Shop".

Munifico is the Italian and Spanish word for "munificent" which means "splendidly generous". Moreover "munifico" is close enough the "munificent" in English and "munificent" in French to be understood in these two languages.

It's only a suggestion among many other possibilities.
