Please, can you be a little bit more specific

Ik know the meaning of the idiom, but I also heard the other one.

So, my questions:

- " Didn't blink" Is this good English.
- Can it be used in the same context as "didn't bat an eye"

Please enlighten me

Didn't blink means the same as didn't bat an eye. There is no real difference. It's not something to get concerned about.
