I agree. "Never does she go" would be a better option if you want to start the sentence with a negative.:splat: However, using " Never she goes " would be interesting in a blank verse or a poem or an alternate form of writing. :n00b:

I think the frequency adverb "never " must be in the middle ie between the subject and the verb
