I would say :

I am looking forward to (hear) from you ..
hearing its weird for me .. because I hadn't ever used verb+ing after to ..

I usually use "looking forward" with to V-ing and think that its okay:(
I look forward to hearing from you soon or I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon, both are okay

I use the -ing form and I think its correct
