| based on (ADPC) owning fair quantity of shares or based upon (ADPC) owning fair quantity of shares also, which is proper English:- ATHEER is looking forward to cooperate with (ADPC) to invest, to develop, and to manage the warehousing business or ATHEER is looking forward to cooperate with (ADPC) to invest, develop, and manage the warehousing business |

| You can use on/upon, but I'd use 'a fair number' as share is a countable noun. |

This could make one wonder why we say "once upon a time", but not "once on a time". One could wonder, couldn't one? |

| Thank you both for your reply. Yes, I took your advise and change " quantity " to " number " What about the second sentence? Which one would be more better? ATHEER is looking forward to cooperate with (ADPC) to invest, to develop, and to manage the warehousing business or ATHEER is looking forward to cooperate with (ADPC) to invest, develop, and manage the warehousing business |
