In a contract:
This business division transfer agreement (hereinafter referred to as this
"Agreement") is entered into by and between GRAVITY Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Party A").
Party A and Agreement are some conditional proper names, but what is the right term for such phenomenon? I mean what stylistic device is Agreement and Party A?
