Linguistics Tree Help

I have some sentences for which I have to draw a phrase structure tree with noun phrases, verb phrase and so on and I have no idea how to do it. Can anybody help me? The sentences are:

We quickly decided that we were really quite ready.
Whether we had actually been ready is unclear.

We promised that we would leave on friday. (This one is ambiguous and needs two trees)
