Please, I need examples on the double meaning in sentences or what is called sentence ambiguity. So, who can help?

I see the first as amusingly ambiguous, but not the second. What am I missing?

The ambiguity of the second is in whether they find (discover) charitable institutions, or found (establish) charitable institutions.
