2. To what degree does this frustrate you, would you say, minimum concern, moderate worry or great frustration?

3. What aspect of this use, affects you? (e.g. Incorrect Grammar, Verbosity or Phonology)

4. Where/Who do you most often here this [from]?

Omission of articles by Russians.

Great frustration.

Incorrect grammar.

Everywhere (mostly students).
