In search of an article in English Today

Hello,
I have been working on my thesis - The English Language in Canada - and I can't get hold of the following article which would really help me:
Lilles, Jaan. "The Myth of Canadian English." English Today 62, vol. 16, No.2 (April 2000) 3-9
The journal English Today can't be found in any library in my country and I can't access it electronically. I would be really grateful if somebody could tell me where I could find it or if you could email that article to me. Thank you!

Thank you very much, it seems to be what I was looking for!, I am just a bit confused by the Russian and also by the "sources" at the end of the article (John Agleo (x Jaan Lilles?). The myth of Canadian English. English Today 62, Volume 16, Number 2, April 2000, pp.3-9.) Anyway, thank you very much for your help!

Algeo is a familiar name- I remember using a book many years ago by Pyles and Algeo.
