Yes, it is and people do suggest that there are differences in the language used by boys and girls.

It's very hard to tell from a short amount of text. In Japanese, there are quite clear differences, apparently, but in English the language follows the same forms, but the distinctions are more subtle. Put up a longer text that you have written and I'll try to work it out.

The i9ndicators are not obvious, but there are supposed to be thematic and stylistic differences.
