There's no homophone. "flour" is a homophone for "flower" though. (in AusE, I should add).
I think you're referring to "Season's eatings" which is a pun on the more commonly heard and idiomatic "Season's greetings".

Well, yes, pun is right; but you did ask about the homophone. 'Eatings' is not an ACTUAL homophone (which means, literally, 'same sound'). Let's call it a 'clipped homphone': 'eatings' (what you do with flour, particularly in a Christmas pudding) is a 'clipped' homophone of 'greetings,' which is what you (or a company) offers people at Christmas.
