I (S) really (adv) owed (V) a lot (O) to him (indirect O)
(I'm assuming A is adverbial phrase).
Why don't you have a go first with the others?

hello! I would say that to him is an object of the preposition. To have an indirect object you may say. I really owed him a lot. There you have the pattern S (A) V IO DO: I have written the adverbial between brackets because it an optional structure.

I (S) asked (V) him (ID) to write me a letter (DO)
About if possible, I am not sure. probably it is an adverbial.

1. SVO - whole "that" clause is to be considered as one constituent.
2. SVO
3. SV-IO-DO
4. SVO - here I am not sure, it could be possibly just SV because verb own doesn´t require an object. But note that "really" though it is Adv it is not an obligatory clausal constituent therefore it doesn´t belong to sentence pattern.
