Here's a question. Re:

• "It's a question of ____ you believe." (who, whom)

I would use who there despite the preposition. It is hard for me to imagine that anybody would use whom there, but I suppose some people do.

That doesn't correspond to actual usage- many people use 'who' after a preposition, and in this case the majority would.

Sorry SÍRAZE (forgive my not having the correct accents for your name, pls.), but I have to agree with tdol here. Normally, one would expect to see "whom" after the preposition. However, in this particular sentence, "whom" would sound pretentious and somewhat fake. In natural conversation, I can't imagine someone saying "whom" in this instance. IMO, one would be much more likely to see it in a formal paper/report than anywhere else.
