It's already an english word:
noun: infection transmitted by inhalation or ingestion of tubercle bacilli and manifested in fever and small lesions (usually in the lungs but in various other parts of the body in acute stages)

In this word the /j/ is often not pronounced in the first syllable, although it is in 'tubercle', where the syllable is stressed.
Australian medical people generally say it closer to the US pronunciation given in the reference above, like this: /tə’bɜ:kju,lousəs/ /’tjubəkəl/
