Unhappy ZH Sound

Hi,

I would like to know how is zh sound (pleasure, measure, treasure) made. How is it articulated and what is the position of tongue and other articulators?

If an adult non native speaker does not know how to make this sound, how can he or she be taught or helped to make this sound?

Thanks

The soft palate being raised and the nasal resonator shut off. The tip and blade of the tongue make a light contact with the alveolar ridge, the front of the tongue being raised at the same time in the direction of the hard palate and the side rims of the tongue being in contact with the upper side teeth. (Gimson's Pronunciation of English)
