Default pronouncing TH sounds?

So, I'm here to seek help with my pronunciation. My main language is English, but I am trying to improve it of course. However, I seem to have problems pronouncing Th sounds. Any word with a TH sound ends up sounding like an F from my lips.

So Thursday becomes Fursday, Thought becomes fort, think becomes fink, teeth to teef, etc. You get the idea. Anyone got any tips on how to help?

I'm trying the placing your tongue tip in-between your teeth but it doesn't sound at all right, just sounds like i have a lisp while saying F sounds. Please help!

Try pushing the tongue medium hard up at the two front teeth, making the th sound a bit like f and v but using the tongue only, sticking it well out a half inch.

It's really hard to fix your pronoucation by yourself. Konungursvia's advice is good. Our company has an online program that helps people with pronunciation. When you say the word, it will turn red or green. This use of voice recognition technology helps you to say things the right way instead of just repeating recordings and never knowing if you are saying Thursday or Fursday. Any other tips? I put it under my top teeth, and can do words like those, there and then okay, but words with TH in the middle or end sound weird, i.e Nathan, Wraith.

I also find my tongue seems to stick out too far, it looks like im blowing raspberries at people when I talk. It still sounds muffled, am i not able to do th sounds?
