You can't download Windows legally via internet. Hope you understand what I mean, actually I don't think you have good computer skills as you asked this question. I suggest you should ask your IT friend or IT company for help.

Hi,I am a urdu speaker ,I am a graduate person.but I can't speak english properly actualy I have a problem ,when I start conversation I feel so nervous and forget all words when I write english I can write but can't speak with others and poor grammer also.

Listening ,even if you cannot understand, is the main step for speaking fluently.....
we should think how we learnt our native language..just hearing it everytime,then step by step we tried to imitate sounds and got approval..
that is why listening is the first step.....

Listening to anything English some hours a week will allow you to go further day by day..but I think ,patience is a must..........
