"Think", "Sink", 'Tink"

I'm looking for some help here with pronouncing word "Think".

I know that i have to stick my thong a little bit when i'm trying to say this word. And when i think about this word it come out good. However, when i have a conversation with someone I cannot say this word. It comes out as "Sink" or "Tink"

I had problems pronouncing "Sheet" and "Shit" before, than one person helped me with this problem by giving me an example about "Sheep" and "Ship", and it works. Now i know the difference between "sheet" and "shit". Miracle!

So, i'm looking for something (miracle) that may correct my "tink", "think", and "sink", and suggestions?

Please note, it's your tongue, not your thong.

Can you say sick, tick, thick?

What about seize, tease, and these? (Slightly different TH, but the position of the tongue is the same.)

Toes and those?

Crumble, tumble, thimble? (Again, a different vowel, but we working on the first sound.)

When you say "think" your tongue should only touch your teeth, don't let it touch the inside of your mouth. It might be easy to see the difference if you stick your tongue far out of your mouth when say this.

There is theta sound in the word think.
Pronouncing this word you have to hold your tongue in your teeth and the tip of the tongue should be out of your mouth. Do not keep your tongue inside your mouth.
while pronouncing the word teach, you have to hold your tongue inside your mouth touching the back of your incissors (front middle teeth).

practice alot.
practice makes a man perfect.

Just make the "th" sound (theta) approximate the labiodental /f/ sound; then, make sure your /I/ is not an /i/. Then you're set.

Yes - the 'th'/'t' mistake is easily made. But the 'thong' for 'tongue' mistake suggests a mispronunciation of the vowel as well. 'Tongue' is /tʌŋ/ (rhyming with 'sung'; ('among', another word mispronounced by nearly all my students, also has the /ʌŋ/ ending).
