I'd like to know how do you pronounce "Medicine", 2 syllables or 3 syllables?
Sometimes I hear people say "Med di cine"....some people say "Med cine", which one is correct? If both are correct, which one will be used more frequently?

I hear 3 syllables. Maybe in fast speech, you hear two syllables. MW dictionary lists 2 syllable version as a british one.
