Pronounce "Figure it out"

I always hear people speak "figure it out" who pronounce very smooth and very fast, they seem to speak one word only, not like a phrase. Could you tell me the technique to speak "figure it out", like a native speaker? You may give the phonetic symbol or your own expression...Thanks a lot.
