The proper Norwegian pronunciation is [ˈmʉŋk].

If you don't know IPA symbols, this could be written in English as 'moonk'. Like the word 'monk', but with a 'oo' vowel, as in 'soot'.

(The vowel is slightly different than that 'oo' in English, but it is the closest to it.)

I'm not sure if English speakers pronounce it in an Anglicised way - perhaps they just say it like the English word 'munch'.
