I have a question about sound patterns like rhyme and assonance
what is the role of these sound patterns, Why are they used in poetry?

I think sound patterns are used to make the language sound more beautiful, catchy and enjoyable
and throu sound patterns we can distinguish poetry from prose
and sound patterns are made by repetition

Yes, but there are other ways of making pleasing sound effects, without their being patterns. I suppose 'pattern' implies repetition.

Not all poetry is pleasant. You can use dissonance to make a displeasing sound which you can associate with a displeasing theme or topic, for example.

But I'd add one adjective to your three; it makes them memorable.

Two examples:

• Metrical psalter - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - a translation of the Book of Psalms in verse, one of the aims being to bring the scriptures to people who couldn't read.
• The Argentine writer Jorge Luís Borges, who went blind in later life. After going blind he wrote mostly poetry, because he could do it in his head.
