I'd put a sound like a like a German 'ch' in the middle.

It looks like a Spanish name. So you can pronounce it two ways. If the woman is comfortable with English, you could say "ro-haas." (Long O, as in "toe," short A as in "ha ha ha!") If you want to pronounce it correctly in Spanish, the first R would have to be rolled (like a cat purring) and the J would be much like the CH in the German word "Macht."
